Step 01
Project Inquiry
Start by sharing the property location, services you are considering, timing, and the reason for the project. This helps us understand whether you need a driveway, patio, retaining wall, concrete surface, planting plan, lighting upgrade, or a more complete outdoor living project.
The first response is focused and practical. We may ask for photos, approximate measurements, access details, and any known concerns such as drainage, settlement, slope, privacy, or aging hardscape.
Step 02
Site Review
A site review helps confirm what the property needs before a scope is prepared. We look at grade, drainage, access, existing materials, sunlight, privacy, neighbouring conditions, and how people move through the space.
For driveways, patios, steps, concrete, and retaining walls, this stage is especially important because the final result depends on the structure beneath the finish.
Step 03
Scope & Material Direction
Once the site is understood, we define the construction scope, material direction, finish level, and project sequence. This may include paver or stone selection, concrete finish options, wall systems, planting direction, turf specification, lighting zones, and drainage considerations.
The goal is to make the decision path clear before work begins, not after crews are already on site.
Step 04
Scheduling & Preparation
Before construction starts, we confirm timing, site access, staging, disposal, material delivery, and any permit or utility considerations. A well-prepared site protects the home, reduces disruption, and keeps the project moving in an organized way.
Step 05
Construction
The work is completed according to the approved scope, with attention to base preparation, grading, cuts, transitions, joints, drainage, planting, lighting placement, and final detailing. Clean site conduct and communication are part of the construction experience.
Step 06
Final Walkthrough & Care Guidance
At completion, we review the finished work, answer care questions, and provide practical guidance for seasonal maintenance. Where a written warranty applies, the relevant coverage is connected to the completed scope and project documentation.
Start with a focused project inquiry.
Tell us what you want to improve outside and where the property is located.
