Warranty, Maintenance & Long-Term Care.

Clear expectations for workmanship, seasonal care, material behaviour, and how to protect outdoor surfaces through Ontario weather.

Our Commitment

Built carefully, documented clearly, cared for properly

A high-quality outdoor space needs more than a strong first impression. It needs proper base preparation, drainage, grading, material selection, installation detail, and seasonal care. Where a written workmanship warranty is included in your project agreement, the warranty terms will be documented with the approved scope. Material warranties, where applicable, are handled according to the relevant manufacturer’s terms.

What We Review With You

Base & Installation

For hardscape and concrete work, we review the installation method, base preparation, grading, edge restraint, drainage, and finished transitions.

Workmanship

Workmanship expectations are connected to the approved scope and the specific work performed by Lush Landscapes.

Materials

Pavers, stone, concrete products, turf, lighting fixtures, and planting material may each carry different supplier or manufacturer terms.

What Maintenance Usually Includes

Maintenance needs vary by material and exposure. Interlock may require joint inspection, cleaning, and resealing. Concrete benefits from careful de-icing practices. Planting needs establishment watering and seasonal care. Lighting benefits from occasional fixture alignment and connection checks. We explain the relevant care expectations at handover so the finished space can age properly.
